

JSCOR visits the State Department
On October 9, 2015, JSCOR postdoctoral fellow, Dr. Neeraja Nagarajan, was invited to the US State Department to present at the Global Diaspora Week launch event. The event featured a keynote speech by Secretary of State John Kerry and an interview with Grammy-winning recording artist Angelique Kidjo. JSCOR post-doctoral fellow, Dr. Husain AlShaikh, made a presentation last week at the American College of Surgeons Clinical Congress in Chicago, IL, entitled "Financial Burden of Acute Kidney Injury following Cardiac Surgery."
